In case of unreliable information contained in documents issued for the purpose of appointing a pension, or when corrections are found that distort information about wages, the department of the Pension Fund must check them prior to the appointment of a pension or send a written request for additional information or explanations to the issued certificates of earnings.
Periods not included in the seniority in connection with the failure to provide a certificate of earnings or the impossibility of verifying their reliability and validity, as well as periods of stay on leave without pay, are not excluded from the calculation of earnings for the last ten-year period of employment.
